at Somerset Beach Campground
You won't get bored while you're camping here. There's plenty to do!
Defy gravity and soar over Somerset Beach Campground on our newest attraction! Just lift your feet, lean back and enjoy this adrenaline-filled ride as you fly down nearly 790 feet of line. The zip line is $5 per person and is available most weekends. You must sign up in advance in the Welcome Center.
Our waterfront area features a sandy beach, a swimming area and boat rentals. From Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day weekend, the beach is normally open from 10 AM - 8 PM on Monday - Saturday. It's open from Noon - 6 PM on Sunday. Lifeguards are usually on duty during these times. Day Passes are $2 per person and $5 per family.ses are $2 per person and $5 per family. Or, purchase a mily pass for $50.
Somerset Beach has miles of well-marked hiking trails all throughout our woods and around the lake.
Carpetball combines the fun of bocce ball with pool and shuffleboard for hours of good times! This simple game has become hugely popular at SBC!
Four square is an SBC camp tradition. There's always a line around our waterfront four square court waiting for their turn.
Rowboats, paddleboats, canoes, funoes, kayaks and more! Our boat rentals are open From Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day weekend, from 10 AM - 7 PM on Monday - Saturday.
Arts & Crafts
During most Saturdays, and a few other times during the summer, campers have the chance to get creative in our arts and crafts house.
SBC has a basketball court, tennis court and sand volleyball court. In addition, we have a soccer field and softball field. Some equipment is available for rent in the boathouse.
