I just registered. What now?

If you register online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with additional information attached. No need to wait for anything to come in the mail. If you register by mail, you can select to have your forms e-mailed or mailed to you. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your confirmation. If you register online, your confirmation will be emailed to you immediately. If you DO NOT receive a confirmation, please contact our office to confirm that we received your registration. 

Can my child request a roommate? 

Your child can request up to two roommates. There is an area to request roommates on the registration form. We do our best to honor ALL roommate requests, but if more than 3 people all request to be together, they may be split up.

What if I have to cancel?

Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a new, non-registered camper providing a two-week cancellation notice is given.

Day Camp fees can be transferred 100% to another Day Camp for the same camper, or 75% can be refunded if 48 hours notice is given.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We can accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions. We can prepare alternatives, but many parents choose to send alternatives that they know their child enjoys.

Does my child have to stay overnight?

If your child isn’t ready for an overnight camp, don’t worry! No matter which camp you choose, a camper can choose to go home each night and come back each morning. Parents will need to sign their child out each night at 9 PM and drop him or her off by 8:30 AM. Register your child, and then contact our office to let us know that he or she isn’t planning to stay the night. We do keep a bed for each registered camper for the afternoon quiet time, and in case he changes his mind about staying.
