Rake-A-Thon

We’re excited to invite campers to join in a meaningful fall tradition at Somerset Beach Campground! At Rake-A-Thon, campers can roll up their sleeves, serve the campground, and even earn money off their camp fees—$1 for every bag of leaves they fill. It’s a fun way to make a difference, enjoy time with friends, and celebrate afterward with a hayride and dinner!

Highlights:

• Earn camp credit – $1 off Winter or Summer Camp 2026 per bag of leaves filled
• Celebrate together – Hayride and dinner provided after the work is done
• Fundraise for camp – Ask family and friends to sponsor your efforts for even greater impact
• Youth group friendly – Leaders, bring your group out for a day of service and fun

Details:

• Ideal for campers 4th grade & up (max 25 campers each weekend)
• SBC will provide bags and rakes (but you are welcome to bring your own rake too)
• Don't forget your work clothes, gloves, and a great attitude!
